You, hereby, agree to rent the property for the specific dates booked and situated at Beach Blvd, Table View known as Cap Du Mont 6.
Parking facility: There is one bay secure parking and a remote/key will be given to you. Please ensure that remote/key are returned on your departure. Failure will result in R500 deducted from the deposit paid.
In order to protect the homeowner from any damages to the property, we require a refundable, holding deposit to the value of R1000 (One Thousand Rand) – Please complete the form below with your refund details.
This holding deposit is secured for up to seven (7) days after your departure. Should there be damages to the property or breakage of any item in the property, then the owners of the property have the right to use the deposit amount to replace such damages/loss. The balance, if any, will then be deposited into the client/tenant’s account.
Cancellation Policy.
A 30% deposit secures the reservation.
Short notice cancellations during peak or non peak seasons
- We will Refund you , should we be able to re-book your cancelled dates or part of it, at the new rate the unit was re-offered, as we might need to offer a special deal for short notification.
- No admin or bank fees will be charged.
Should the reservation be cancelled:
- More than 30 days prior to arrival then full payment will be re-funded.
- Between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival then 50% of payment is forfeited
- Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, then 100% of payment forfeited, unless we are unable to re-book the apartment, and then we will refund you the same amount paid to the value of the replacement booking.
Any breakages, etc will be deducted from the holding deposit. Please note: we will not be held responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations over the rental period and therefore the original Rand amount will be returned to you.
We will ensure that the property is in an acceptable condition upon your arrival. You have the right to inspect the premises beforehand to ensure that it is to your satisfaction.
Check-in time is 14h00 or any time after. Check out time is strictly on or before 10h00. Should these times not be suitable for the client, then the agent will try to accommodate the client. PLEASE NOTE: Should you wish to check out / vacate the property prior to the agreed dates and times, then we have the right to hold the client to the original agreement in the contract for the full period agreed upon and all monies will remain payable. Should you wish to arrive earlier, please inform the agent, who will try to accommodate.
It is hereby confirmed that the owner has warranted that the property is fit for the purposes for which it is being leased and that all elements of the property have been properly maintained. In this regard, it is confirmed that the agent has the right to visit the property on a regular basis for inspection.
For the duration of the length of stay of the guest, we will ensure that no-one (including the owner) will have access to the premises unless access is absolutely necessary or with prior arrangement.
It is hereby agreed that the privacy of the tenant/client will be respected at all times.
NOTE:
- Parties are NOT allowed
- Loud music is NOT allowed
- Additional Guests sleeping over is NOT allowed, unless otherwise arranged with the owner.
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit
- Pets are unfortunately NOT allowed

The owner of the property, nor the agent shall not be held liable for any loss or damages suffered by the guest/tenant as a result of a fire, burglary, any act or omission on the part of the Owner or the Agent, or as a result of any defects in the premises. The guest/tenant hereby accepts responsibility for and indemnifies the Owner and/or the agent against any claim by any such person for any injury, loss or damage sustained on the premises.
